Order Inspection

Customers are welcome to inspect their order only in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.

If there is any issue with the item, it should be reported while the courier is present.

Once the courier leaves, the order will be considered received and accepted .

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 DAYS of delivery.

Once the returned item is received and confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer:

A replacement for the same item
or
A full refund

Refund Method

Refunds can be issued through:

• The same Visa card used for payment

Instapay (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Cash refund upon request (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or service provider.

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

• Requests made after 14 DAYS of delivery

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

• Items returned without a confirmed manufacturing defect.
